* CD-RWs and DVD+/-RWs require writeable drives and software which can allow the system to access the media through a drive letter.

Important Information:
The PDSSoft Backup & Mirroring Solution is not intended to backup complete systems, its primary use is to backup data files that would be irreplaceable should a disaster occur. Drive partitions are useable, however, a drive crash could render the mirrored files unrecoverable. PDSSoft is best utilized with a separate storage device such as a physical secondary drive, removable drives (zip, jaz, etc...), network drives and floppy drives.
